About Census Mastery

Census Mastery is a reputation monitoring service for senior living communities (assisted living, memory care, independent living and home care), built and operated by Osborne Digital Marketing LLC (trading as Senior Living Mastery). The app lives at app.censusmastery.com.

What it does

• Finds and checks a community's listings on Google and the senior living directories families use, and scores the result out of 100.
• Compares the community with its local competitors, platform by platform.
• Sends a private Report Card by e-mail after every audit, with the three plays that would move the score.
• Helps communities ask families for honest reviews and short surveys, by e-mail or text message, and draft replies to reviews.
• Optionally connects the community's own Google Business Profile so that reviews come straight from Google and approved replies can be posted from the dashboard.

Who uses it

Senior living operators and the marketing agencies that serve them. Each client has its own account and sees only its own communities.
