Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Census Mastery (the "Service") provided by Osborne Digital Marketing LLC (trading as Senior Living Mastery) ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

The Service monitors the online reputation of senior living communities you manage, compares them with competitors, and helps you ask for reviews and run surveys. Figures shown are gathered from public sources and from accounts you connect, on the dates shown; where something could not be verified the Service says so rather than guessing.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in link and e-mail secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only add communities you own, manage, or are authorised to act for.
• Only send review requests, surveys and text messages to people who have a relationship with the community and whom you are allowed to contact. Honour every unsubscribe and STOP request. Never offer incentives for reviews or ask only satisfied families; that breaks Google's policies and these terms.

Google Business Profile

If you connect a Google account you confirm that you are authorised to manage the profile you select. Replies are posted only when you approve them. You may disconnect at any time.

Fees

Fees are the monthly plan price shown at sign-up, billed in advance in US dollars, plus any pass-through costs (for example text messages or extra locations) at the rates shown in the Service. There is no free trial. Billing starts at sign-up and access is granted once the payment has cleared. Text messaging features are available only while a valid, paid payment card is on file and are switched off if a payment fails. You may cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the paid period and the account becomes read-only.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may cancel within 30 days of your first payment and ask for a refund of that payment. The guarantee is offered once per customer (a customer being the business and the people connected with it, however many accounts or profiles they open). Refunds are released at the discretion of Osborne Digital Marketing LLC (trading as Senior Living Mastery) and may be reduced or declined where, in our reasonable judgement, the guarantee is being used to obtain the Service's reports or data without an intention to keep the Service: for example an account that consumed more than $10 of pass-through costs such as text messages, that exported or sent reports for several locations and then cancelled, or a repeat sign-up for another profile after an earlier refund. Pass-through costs already incurred are not refundable. The guarantee applies to the plan price only and does not apply to accounts suspended for breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, to post content you are not entitled to post, to interfere with the Service, or to break any law or platform policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Reputation scores, rankings and recommendations are estimates to help you decide; we do not guarantee outcomes such as rankings, reviews or occupancy. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by e-mail. Either party may end the agreement on written notice; on termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
