Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Osborne Digital Marketing LLC (trading as Senior Living Mastery) ("we") collects when you use Census Mastery (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, e-mail address and company, provided when an account is created for you.
• Community information: the name, address, phone number and website of the communities you ask us to monitor, and the public listings, ratings and reviews we find for them on Google and senior living directories.
• Google Business Profile data: if you connect a Google account, we store an encrypted refresh token and use the Manage your Business Profile permission (business.manage) only to list the profiles you manage, read the reviews of the profile you choose, and post the replies you approve. We do not access any other Google data, and we never post without you pressing a button.
• People you contact: names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers you enter to send review requests or surveys, the messages sent, and survey answers. These belong to you; we process them on your behalf.
• Usage information: sign-in times, pages viewed and actions taken, used to keep the Service working and secure.

How we use it

• To run the Service: audits, report cards, competitor comparisons, review requests, surveys and alerts you asked for.
• To send you the e-mails and texts described in the Service, each with a way to stop them.
• To support you and to improve the Service.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you see in the Service, is never sold, and is never used for advertising or to train general-purpose models. You can disconnect Google at any time from your community's page, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored token.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us under contract: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), e-mail delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), search data (DataForSEO, Outscraper) and, when enabled, an AI writing provider that receives only the facts needed to draft text. We share information when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep account and community data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after it closes, unless a longer period is required by law. Secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest; access is limited to the people who run the Service.

Your choices

• Ask us to correct or delete your information at ronald@seniorlivingmastery.com.
• Every review request, survey and report e-mail has an unsubscribe link; text messages accept STOP.
• Disconnect Google Business Profile from your community's page.
