Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Senior Living Mastery ("we") collects when you use Census Mastery (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, e-mail address and company, provided when an account is created for you.
• Community information: the name, address, phone number and website of the communities you ask us to monitor, and the public listings, ratings and reviews we find for them on Google and senior living directories.
• Google account data: if you connect a Google account, we store an encrypted refresh token and the account's e-mail address, and use the permissions you grant only for the features you see in the Service:
  • Manage your Business Profile (business.manage): list the profiles you manage; read the reviews, questions, photos and performance numbers (calls, views and direction requests) of the profile you choose; and publish the review replies you approve, the posts you write or schedule, and the photos and videos you add. Scheduled posts are published only for a community where you have switched posting on.
  • View Search Console data (webmasters.readonly), read only: the clicks, showings, positions, pages and searches for the website you choose.
  • See your Google Analytics data (analytics.readonly), read only: visits, users, engagement, the actions the website counts, traffic sources, landing pages, devices and towns for the property you choose.
  We do not access any other Google data. A community's Google numbers are shown only to that community's users and to the people who run the Service.
• People you contact: names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers you enter to send review requests or surveys, the messages sent, and survey answers. These belong to you; we process them on your behalf.
• Usage information: sign-in times, pages viewed and actions taken, used to keep the Service working and secure.
• Website visits: when you visit our public website, information collected by third-party analytics and advertising services, described under "Our website" below.

How we use it

• To run the Service: audits, report cards, competitor comparisons, review requests, surveys and alerts you asked for.
• To send you the e-mails and texts described in the Service, each with a way to stop them.
• To support you and to improve the Service.

We do not sell personal information. Information inside the Service is never used for advertising; our public website uses analytics and advertising tools as described under "Our website" below.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you see in the Service, is never sold, and is never used for advertising or to train general-purpose models. You can disconnect Google at any time from your community's page, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored token.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us under contract: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), e-mail delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), payments (Stripe, which takes your card and billing details directly; we never see or store a card number), search data (DataForSEO, Outscraper) and, when enabled, an AI writing provider that receives only the facts needed to draft text. We share information when the law requires it.

Our website

When you visit our public website, censusmastery.com, we and third-party analytics and advertising services use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to count visits, understand how the site is used, measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited. These services may collect your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, the pages you view, the page that sent you, and actions you take on the site, such as pressing a booking button. If you arrive from a link in an e-mail or letter we sent you, we may connect the pages you view, how far you scroll and the video you watch to our record of that message. When you buy a plan, the page you land on after payment tells our advertising measurement tools that a purchase was made; your card details are never shared with them. They handle this information under their own privacy policies. You can limit it through your browser's cookie and privacy settings, an ad blocker, or the ad preferences of the platforms you use.

Retention and security

We keep account and community data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after it closes, unless a longer period is required by law. Secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest; access is limited to the people who run the Service.

Your choices

• Ask us to correct or delete your information at support@censusmastery.com.
• Every review request, survey and report e-mail has an unsubscribe link; text messages accept STOP.
• Disconnect Google from your community's page or the Google accounts page; the stored token is deleted.
